Cynthia has worked on international projects and facilitated seminars in Business English for software engineers in India. She has worked in the corporate world as a technical writer and process engineer in the USA. She developed and taught courses for ESL teachers. She also taught English courses to college students such as Research Writing and American Literature. She has designed courses and produced voice over narration for online courses.
Stephen was a Chartered Accountant who has branched out into designing and facilitating personal development courses for college students. When he's not managing the business side of Open English, he facilitates the classes, specializing in teaching students about the UK culture.
